The Behavioral Permission Framework™ is a proprietary classification standard owned and maintained by Loose Grip Life, Inc. Access is available to qualified institutional parties through a controlled licensing process governed by the framework owner.
Loose Grip Life® functions as the standards custodian and licensing authority for the Behavioral Permission Framework™ in beverage alcohol.
What Is Licensed
The Behavioral Permission Framework™ comprises a classification system, a governed field architecture, a verdict taxonomy, and associated implementation documentation. Licensing grants defined rights to apply the framework within specified organizational and jurisdictional contexts. All classification logic, field definitions, verdict standards, and governance procedures remain the property of Loose Grip Life, Inc.
What Is Not Licensed
Licensing does not transfer ownership of the framework, its classification architecture, or its governance procedures. Licensees may not independently modify classification standards, alter field definitions, reassign verdict categories, or extend framework application outside the scope defined in the governing license agreement.
Who May License
Access is available to qualified institutional parties whose activities involve the creation, review, governance, measurement, regulation, or evaluation of consumer-facing alcohol language. Licensing eligibility is determined by the framework owner according to organizational context, intended application, and institutional fit.
Governance and Maintenance
Classification standards are maintained centrally by Loose Grip Life, Inc. Updates to field definitions, verdict criteria, and classification logic are issued by the framework owner and incorporated into active license agreements through a documented update process. Licensees are notified of material classification changes in advance of their effective date.
Jurisdictional Application
The Behavioral Permission Framework™ is structured for application across multiple regulatory jurisdictions. Jurisdictional calibration — the adaptation of classification standards to market-specific regulatory codes — is conducted under framework governance and documented within the applicable license scope.
Annual Review
Active license agreements are subject to annual review. Annual review assesses classification currency, deployment scope, jurisdictional alignment, and governance compliance. Review outcomes are documented and incorporated into license continuations or amendments as applicable.
Audit and Accountability
Framework deployments generate a documented classification record. Audit access to classification logs, verdict histories, and deployment records is governed by the terms of the applicable license agreement and subject to oversight by the framework owner.
