Licensing

Licensing

Loose Grip Life® licenses the Behavioral Permission Framework™, a proprietary language system for the alcohol and beverage category. Access is available to qualified institutional parties seeking category-level implementation, portfolio application, or controlled review of the framework and its operational tools.

What is being licensed

Licensing access may include the Behavioral Permission Framework™ and its associated governed implementation system. The system comprises three tools: the Moderate Drinker Audience Profiles, the Copywriter Word Guide, and the Channel Language Architecture. Additional framework components are available according to scope, review status, and institutional fit.

Licensing scope

Licensing structures are determined by application context, internal use case, and deployment environment. Scope may include portfolio-level review, brand-level implementation, controlled internal evaluation, or phased framework integration across defined communication surfaces.

Access and review

The Behavioral Permission Framework™ is not made available as open public documentation. Full framework materials, implementation documents, and supporting architecture are provided through controlled institutional review. Access is granted according to relevance, intended application, and review pathway.

What this is not

The Behavioral Permission Framework™ is not a consulting service, creative campaign package, or brand voice exercise. It is a governed language system developed for licensing, institutional application, and category-level deployment.

Behavioral Permission Audit

The Behavioral Permission Audit is the initial application layer of the Behavioral Permission Framework™. It provides a structured review of consumer-facing language to identify where current messaging fails to support compliant, commercially coherent participation.

The audit classifies existing brand language across six proprietary dimensions and returns corrected, deployment-ready alternatives within a defined institutional scope and timeline.

Typical outputs

Permission classification. Tone and risk mapping. Legacy language identification. Corrective language pathways. Executive findings summary.

Use cases

Brand communication review. Market-specific language calibration. Portfolio message consistency. Pre-campaign language assessment.

Access

Available in limited institutional contexts as an application pathway into the Behavioral Permission Framework™.

An illustrative application of the audit methodology has been conducted against a public-facing luxury brand environment to demonstrate classification logic, correction methodology, and portfolio relevance.

Application Progression

Initial application of the Behavioral Permission Framework™ is conducted through the Behavioral Permission Audit, a scoped diagnostic and correction engagement within a defined brand, market, or channel environment.

Extended deployment occurs through Consumer Language Architecture Implementation, which establishes the corrected language system, develops approved language sets, documents deployment rules, and establishes the operational standard across broader portfolio environments.

Both phases operate under fixed scope, timeline, and fee structures. Access is governed through direct institutional engagement.

Request Access

Qualified institutional parties may request licensing review, implementation documentation, or a scoped discussion of framework application.
